Senior Session at Mendon Ponds Park

I was very excited to photograph Joe at Mendon Ponds Park for a recent session.  Lately most of my sessions have been with girls, so it was a nice change to work with Joe.  When his mom booked his session we talked about where the best location would be to fit Joe's personality.  He loves the outdoors and had a few ideas of what he was looking for.  A barn, a fence and a field.  Hmmmm... so that's exactly what I delivered to Joe.  We made our way around Mendon Ponds Park to a few different locations I chose for him ahead of time.  The final location gave him the barn, and fence he requested, and after leaving the park, we drove just up the road to a wheat field just in time for "golden hour" for some gorgeous shots.  Joe was a trooper.  He went with the flow throughout the session, and his mom was hilarious.  She cracked me up the whole time, and kept him laughing so we could get some great dimple shots.

Working with my clients to find exactly what they are looking for is a fun challenge for me, and I do everything I can to create the ultimate experience for them.  Here are a few shots from Joe's session.
