Earlier this week I had the opportunity to do a very cute, and fun session at a farm in Avon, NY.  Three months ago I did a surprise session for little Evy's mom for her first Mother's Day.  Her grandma took advantage of my Mother's Day special and we did a session, which included a beautiful photo book.  After seeing the photos, Evy's mom asked me to capture her first birthday.  The family owns a farm in Avon, and Evy loves all things country.  She adores the animals, being outside and especially the tractors!  It was a perfect place for an adorable session.  We did a little cake smash session in front of their barn, and made our way around the farm, taking advantage of the gardens, pasture with cows, a corn field and a dirt road in the back of the property.  Everywhere we turned, there was a great little spot for photos.  

I was also able to capture some really sweet family photos as part of the session.  Those golden hour sessions are by far my favorites!  There's not much more beautiful than the sun setting over a country field, and a sweet little girl sitting on a quilt basking in the light!
