I love working with all of my clients, and I love the flexibility I have to be able to offer a variety of different types of sessions, from Maternity and Newborn to Milestones, Cake Smash Sessions and Family sessions.  Sometimes a shoot just touches something in you though.  This one was one of those for me.  I was raised by my grandmother, so when my client asked if I could do a session for her mom's birthday of her with her grandkids, I was very excited.  She said her mom only asked for one thing for her birthday.... a photo of all of her grandkids.  She and her sister did one better, they scheduled the photoshoot for her with the grandkids.  At one point, she got emotional, having the opportunity for these photos with all of her beautiful babies, and that melted my heart.  Children who are lucky enough to have grandparents who are so close and involved, are truly given a gift.  The time they spend with them will provide lasting memories and the lessons learned will help shape the people they will become.  That's priceless.  These sessions mean so much to me, as a photographer, a mom and as a grandchild myself, who was the recipient of that unconditional love.  It's an honor to have had the opportunity to capture both the snuggles and the silliness.
