Have you ever heard of a "Milestone Session"?  Many photographers refer to them as "Sitter Sessions".  They are the perfect way to capture your little one between birth and their first birthday, when so many fun developmental events are happening (pushing up on their belly, sitting, standing), and their little personalities are really starting to show.  I am growing my milestone portion of the business, and working on ways to make these sessions just perfect for my clients.  New in 2020, I am offering a client closet for all of my milestone sessions.  That means that all sessions are styled, and I provide outfits and accessories for your little ones.  There are so many advantages to styled sessions!  One advantage is that the clothing in the photos works well with my photography style, and it photographs well.  Some clothing is really distracting, and takes away from the baby, who should be the focus.  By having a styled shoot, I am also able to coordinate backdrops to work well with outfits.  These shoots are generally pretty simple, however, with minimal props.  A huge advantage for my clients is that you don't have to shop for something for them to wear (and possibly only wear once), and you don't have to spend that extra money.  The package is all-inclusive!  You are welcome to bring a special prop to your session, if baby has something that means a lot to him/her, or to you, and you are welcome to dress him/her in your own outfit if you prefer, but this is a wonderful option that I really want to urge people to take advantage of.  

   Milestone sessions can be booked independently, or as part of my Baby's First Year package.  The first year package includes a studio newborn session, 2 milestone sessions and a first birthday session (simple session, not a cake smash).  By booking the entire first year, you get a discounted rate, and I will send reminders for you to book, so it doesn't slip your mind in that crazy first year.  We can create a cohesive first year of photos for you to display in your home.
