Happy New Year!
Happy New Year! After an extremely busy few months, I am very happy to have had a few days to catch my breath and reflect on how wonderful the year was, and focus on making 2022 even better.
This past year, my business grew so much. I did many more sessions, and took the plunge and opened a studio outside of my home. My new studio has been a great space to capture those amazing moments for families, and gives me more room for storing my collection of props that seems to be growing by the day! I have gotten some great feedback from clients about the space, which only adds to my excitement about it.
In 2022, I will be cutting out some of my offerings, and added a couple new things. I just made the changes over in the "investments" tab, so head over there and check it out. Here are a few of the biggest things that have changed...
1. I will no longer be offering professional headshots as a regular service. It doesn't fit with my vision, which is to specialize in newborns, and families.
2. I will also not be offering an elopement/ micro-wedding or wedding package, for the same reason.
3. I have changed up my cake smash package. I will only offer 1 package, which is a smash and splash package. It is the same as my previous cake smash 1 package, but with the splash added as part of the session, rather than as an add on.
4. I am now also offering stand alone milk bath sessions. These are so fun, and beautiful, that I wanted to offer them to more people.
5. Prices have gone up slightly to account for the cost of doing business, inflation and the significant amount of time I spend on each gallery. I believe you will still find that my prices are competitive in the local market.
Over the past year, I have worked with so many newborns and babies. I have loved this so much. I am really looking to build on this part of my business, and love the support and referrals that my clients have been providing.
