Another Way to Save Money On Your Photoshoot!

I am always looking for ways to support my clients, and make sessions affordable.  My philosophy has always been that everyone should be able to have beautiful photos of their family.  I have tried very hard to keep my packages priced so that my clients can continue to choose me to capture their memories.  This is sometimes difficult, considering the state of the economy, the time it takes for editing, and business expenses like rent, insurance, advertising, equipment, and of course taxes and fees (to name a few)!   A few months ago, I started offering AfterPay to clients.  This is a "buy now, pay later" option.  It allows clients to pay their final balance in installments.  Now another option!

Introducing Baby Shower cards!  This new option allows clients to share the opportunity to contribute to a newborn session with shower guests.  Here's how it works... once the client has booked their newborn, or newborn and maternity session with me (signed their contract and paid their retainer), they can simply let me know what the theme of their shower is, and I will create a custom card for them to share with guests.  The card will coordinate with the theme of their shower, and let guests know that they have booked a session, and shares a link for them to purchase a gift card toward the session.  I will send the themed card electronically to my client, and they will be able to either print it, or email it to their guests.  Guests will be able to contribute as much or as little as they would like to the Newborn Photography session.  If the amount contributed exceeds the cost of the session, the client will be able to use that remaining balance toward prints, print products or future sessions.  The additional balance will not be available to be redeemed for cash.
