Maternity Session At Highland Park

This past weekend, I was fortunate to be able to do two amazing maternity sessions.  If you are a Rochester, NY local, you will know that the weather in Rochester is very unpredictable, especially in spring and fall.  Sunday's shoot was scheduled over a month ago, but the night before, we were up in the air about how the weather would cooperate.  The morning of, was still questionable, but we decided to just go with it!  I arrived early for the shoot and as I waited for my clients, it started to sprinkle!  I was sure we would have to reschedule.  Luckily that was it, and as they arrived, the rain stopped.  We made it through our entire session before the rain started again, and I am so glad we didn't reschedule.  Those overcast skies are always a great filter, and we had the park all to ourselves!
